4 Scheiben (160 g) Roggen Mischbrot
100 g Frischkäse, Natur
1 (120 g) Pfirsich
1 (85 g) Zwiebel, rot
50 g Kirschtomaten
125 g Mozzarella, gerieben
5 ml Balsamico Creme
Salz, Pfeffer, Chili-Flocken, Basilikum
Zuerst, die Brotscheiben mit Frischkäse bestreichen. Anschließend Zwiebel und Pfirsich würfeln, Kirschtomaten viertel und alles zusammen, mit den Gewürzen, vermischen. Mit einem Teil des Mozzarellas bestreuen und bei 200 Grad Umluft ca. 10 Minuten backen. Dann den restlichen Käse darüber streuen und nochmals 5 Minuten weiter backen.
Mit Basilikum und Balsamico Creme anrichten.
