120 g (1 Stück) Romanasalat
130 g (1 mittelgroßer) Apfel
100 g Trauben, kernlos
100 g Cherrytomaten
30 g (1 Stange) Sellerie
25 g (ca. 5 Stück) Walnüsse
Dressing
5 g (1 TL) Senf
60 ml Leitungswasser
40 g (1/2 Zitrone) Zitrone (Saft davon)
40 g Cashewkerne
15 ml (1 EL) Olivenöl
Salz, Pfeffer
Romanasalat in mundgerechte Stücke schneiden, Apfel und Sellerie klein würfeln und Trauben und Cherrytomaten halbieren.
Die Zutaten für das Dressing in einem Mixer glatt pürieren.
Anschließend Salat mit Dressing übergießen und mit Walnüssen anrichten.
